Armenia-Portugal Match Tickets Sold Out, Fans Outraged

The Football Federation of Armenia announced this morning the start of ticket sales for the Armenia-Portugal match. However, mere minutes later, it became clear that the system had crashed, and fans were unable to purchase tickets despite numerous attempts.

Shortly afterwards, it was reported that the sale of tickets for the Armenia-Portugal match had been halted. The Football Federation of Armenia issued a statement: "At this moment, 2500 tickets for the Armenia-Portugal match have been sold. Work is still underway on the tickets. Once completed, it will be possible to buy tickets again." Now, the Federation has announced that the tickets for the World Cup qualifying match between Armenia and Portugal are completely sold out.

The technical issues on the website, as well as the news of all tickets being sold out, have sparked outrage among fans. Many fans took to social media to report that tickets, which were inaccessible to many on the Federation's website, have already reached the 'black market.'

Facebook user Tigran Keyan commented on the situation, saying: "I have remained silent for years, but now I must say - the leadership of the FFA completely ignores the fans. They have long realized their shortcomings but have changed nothing. No matter what explanations they provide, it won't save the situation. They should quietly step down if they have even a bit of respect for us, their fans... Sold out!"

It should be noted that the match will take place at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium on September 6.
