Russian President Vladimir Putin has had a phone conversation with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. He provided information regarding the upcoming negotiations with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The leaders have agreed on further personal communications. Putin and Kim Jong Un also reaffirmed their commitment to the continued development of cooperation between the two countries within the context of their strategic partnership agreement.
