Azerbaijan is the Economic Partner of Those Who Kill Gaza Residents: Mehr

Azerbaijan is among five Muslim countries identified as the economic partner of those who kill Gaza residents, according to the Iranian Mehr Agency, which notes that Azerbaijan ranks fourth in this list.

Baku is one of Tel Aviv’s most significant economic and military allies, having traded over 1.55 billion dollars with the occupying regime in 2023. The report indicates that considering the security and military interactions between the two states, the actual volume of their bilateral trade is likely to be even higher, as Israel is a primary supplier of weapons to Azerbaijan, while Baku is a major supplier of oil to Israel, which is processed in the regime's refinery facilities for use as fuel in fighter jets. This enables them to bomb the civilian populations of Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iran.
