Lawyer Files Suit Against the State Property Management Committee on Behalf of the Republic of Artsakh
Lawyer Roman Yeritsyan has filed a lawsuit against the Republic of Armenia's State Property Management Committee on behalf of the Republic of Artsakh, demanding that the building of the Artsakh representation be transferred to the Republic of Artsakh as a gift. This was reported by the newspaper 'Zhoghovurd.'
The lawyer's filing is conditioned upon a lawsuit submitted by the RA Prosecutor's Office to the Administrative Court, which seeks to invalidate the Republic of Artsakh's ownership rights to the aforementioned building, citing the absence of a donation agreement.
It should be noted that the building in question was transferred to the Republic of Artsakh back in 1997 by a decision of the Government of Armenia.
