Tomorrow Will Be Recorded in World History as the Date of the Caucasus Liberation from Russia's Clutches: Saakashvili

Tomorrow, a historic event will take place in Washington—Armenia and Azerbaijan will sign a peace treaty mediated by Donald Trump, wrote former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.

“Aliyev and Pashinyan have been talking for a long time, but the intervention of the US President has accelerated things. This day will be recorded in world history as the date of the Caucasus liberation from Russia's clutches. Russia is officially losing its dominance in two of the three South Caucasian countries while maintaining control over Georgia,” Saakashvili wrote.
