Thousands of Residents Flee Donetsk
The number of daily evacuations of civilians from the Donetsk region has nearly doubled, rising from 300-400 people to 600-700. This was reported by the head of the military administration, Vadim Filashkin.
Only about 1,300 people remain in Pokrovsk. The city can only be accessed under military escort, and humanitarian aid cannot be delivered due to ongoing shelling. Around 150 localities in the region are left without water, gas, and electricity. According to the military administration, 25,000 people live in areas close to the front line and are in need of assistance as winter approaches.
