Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff had a productive and constructive conversation.

According to the Russian president's assistant, the meeting addressed two main topics: the Ukrainian crisis and the prospects for developing strategic partnership between Russia and the United States. Additionally, Moscow has conveyed signals to Washington regarding the Ukrainian issue and received corresponding signals in return.

Witkoff did not elaborate on the negotiations, as Trump is still unaware of their outcomes. He has promised to disclose the details afterward.
