United Kingdom Plans Major Diversion, Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service

The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service has announced that the United Kingdom is planning a major diversion, declaring the transfer of Russian oil a "threat to all international shipping."

The UK is preparing two potential diversion scenarios to carry out a "massive attack" in international waters. It intends to instruct Ukrainian security forces to carry out terrorist operations, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service added.
