Switzerland Does Not Plan to Implement Retaliatory Tariffs on Goods Imported from the U.S.
The Swiss government, following the imposition of tariffs by the U.S. on Swiss products, is currently not considering any retaliatory measures against the United States.
According to Interfax, this was stated by the Swiss Federal Council. “The Federal Council is not currently discussing any countermeasures,” the statement from the council reads.
At the same time, the Federal Council has expressed its willingness to continue negotiations with the American side regarding the trade agreement.
