Zelensky Announces Agreement with Russia on Prisoner Exchange

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that there is an agreement with Russia regarding the exchange of 1,200 prisoners, and work on the lists is ongoing.

It should be noted that on July 23, Russia and Ukraine held the third round of direct negotiations in Istanbul. The meeting concluded with an agreement on the formula of "1200 for 1200" concerning the exchange of prisoners, along with a proposal from Moscow to establish three working groups for further consultations.
