Mass Protests Held in Australia

Dozens of thousands of people took to the streets in Sydney, blocking the Harbour Bridge. Participants of the action chanted slogans such as "Ceasefire Now" and "Freedom for Palestine" while calling on authorities to impose sanctions against Israel. Flags of radical groups and portraits of Iranian leader Khamenei were spotted among the crowd.

Among the protesters was also WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who was recently released following a deal with the United States.
