Israeli National Security Minister Calls for the Capture of Gaza Strip

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has ascended to the Temple Mount for prayer, where he announced that the entire Gaza Strip should be captured. This was reported by the Ynet portal.

During his visit, Ben Gvir, addressing the actions of Hamas, asserted that their goal is to exert pressure on Israel. He stated that the entire Gaza Strip should be captured and Israeli jurisdiction extended there, as well as the expulsion of all Hamas supporters and encouragement of voluntary immigration.

Later, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office announced that Israel’s policy of maintaining the status quo on the Temple Mount has not changed and will not change.
