Seizure Demand from Former Head of Police State Protection Department

The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted the latest petition from the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the seizure of property of illegal origin.

This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia. The department for the recovery of property of illegal origin at the Prosecutor General's Office has submitted a demand to the court to seize from Aram Mai Zakaryan, the former head of the Police State Protection Department, in favor of the Republic of Armenia, 2 real estate properties located in Yerevan, a share in a legal entity, and 14 million 203 thousand AMD as the remaining balance of illegally obtained monetary resources.
