OSCE Also Failed in Nagorno-Karabakh: Lavrov

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, has published an article in the "Rossiskaya Gazeta". In the article titled "Half a Century of the Helsinki Act: Expectations, Reality, Prospects," the minister stated that the OSCE was unable to operate effectively in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“The OSCE also failed in Nagorno-Karabakh. The Minsk Group was unable to create conditions for dialogue between the conflicting parties, and after its western participants withdrew from cooperation with Russia, it lost all meaning,” wrote Lavrov.

According to him, the OSCE has no future unless NATO and EU countries finally break the consensus rule and continue to use the Vienna platform as their own for launching large-scale propaganda campaigns against Russia and other 'disobedient' countries, and for protecting their allies in Kyiv.
