Paper QR Codes Withdrawn from Circulation: Queues at Metro Windows

The secretary of the opposition "National Progress" faction of Yerevan City Council, Izabella Abgaryan, made a post on her Facebook page stating, "As of today, paper QR codes for public transport have been withdrawn from circulation. Despite the vacation period and the off-peak hours, there are queues at the metro windows," Abgaryan noted.

It is recalled that earlier it was reported that starting from August 1, the paper version of the transport QR code would gradually be phased out.
