Trump on Countering Russia

The American leader has yet to clarify what specific measures he will take against Russia if the latter does not cease military operations within the next 10-12 days. In particular, the US President has declined to confirm whether he will impose 100 percent tariffs against Russia. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal.

"These will be sanctions and, possibly, tariffs, secondary tariffs," said the US President. According to the publication, Trump is indeed set to impose additional tariffs on countries such as India and China, which are purchasing Russian oil and liquefied gas.
