Statement Released from ArCa Office

As of 15:25, the normal operation of the ArCa system has been fully restored. This was reported by the ArCa office.

It should be noted that this is the second time in the past week that the ArCa payment system has experienced disruptions. As a result, it has been impossible to conduct cashless transactions in Armenia. Numerous businesses, ranging from food establishments to shops and service providers, have been unable to accept payments.
