Iranian Citizen Attempts to Smuggle Undeclared Fuel into Armenia
At the Agarak customs checkpoint, an Iranian citizen attempted to transport 600 liters of undeclared diesel fuel into Armenia using a cargo truck. The fuel was stored in 4 ten-liter containers and 28 twenty-liter containers within the truck's storage compartment and underneath the trailer.
The undeclared fuel was discovered during a customs inspection. The driver was fined 32,000 drams.
