Russian Forces Thwart Ukraine's Nighttime Attack

The air defense forces shot down seven Ukrainian drones overnight, four of which flew over the Rostov region. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“During the night, the air defense systems on duty destroyed seven Ukrainian drones, four in the Rostov region, and one each in the territories of the Oryol, Kaluga, and Bryansk regions,” the ministry stated.

Additionally, an air alert has been declared across Ukraine, with local authorities insisting that Russian forces have attacked residential buildings and infrastructure. The Russian side denies these claims, asserting that strikes are only targeting military-related infrastructure.
