Peskov Comments on Hacker Attacks Against Aeroflot
Ofelya
The reports about alleged hacker attacks on the infrastructure of Aeroflot are quite concerning, stated Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“This information that we read in the public domain is quite alarming,” Peskov told reporters.
It is worth noting that Aeroflot had previously warned that a disruption had occurred in the airline's information systems and that service interruptions might be possible. As a result of the disruption, the airline canceled 42 flights. The prosecution has taken control of the situation at Sheremetyevo Airport.
