An EasyJet flight was forced to land in Glasgow, Scotland, due to a 41-year-old passenger who threatened to explode a bomb as a way to send a "message" to U.S. President Donald Trump, reports the British newspaper The Sun.
According to the publication, the passenger was dissatisfied with the American leader's policies and intended to send him some kind of "message." "I wanted to send a message to Trump... he is in Scotland," the article quotes his words.
Witnesses reported that the passenger loudly announced his intentions and threatened to blow up the plane, attempting to scare other passengers and crew members.
