Dialogue between the USSR and the USA was not interrupted during the Cold War. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“During the Cold War, dialogue between the USSR and the USA was never interrupted, but more importantly, mutual respect was maintained, and today it is absent. Europe is simply furious,” said the Russian foreign minister.
