Protests in Scotland Against Trump's Visit

Hundreds of people in Scotland have taken to the streets to protest against U.S. President Donald Trump's visit, reports The Independent.

According to the newspaper, crowds have gathered in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. In addition to banners directly opposing the presence of the American leader, demonstrators also displayed Palestinian flags and called for the liberation of Gaza.

It is worth noting that Trump arrived in Scotland, where he plans to stay until July 29. The U.S. President is expected to meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland to discuss a trade agreement.
