Germany Transfers Three Patriot Air Defense Systems to Ukraine

Germany has already transferred three Patriot systems to Kyiv and is currently in negotiations with the United States regarding the supply of additional systems and the procurement of replacement units. This was reported by The Washington Post (WP), citing its sources.

“Berlin has already supplied three Patriot systems to Ukraine and is negotiating with Washington for more systems and the acquisition of replacements,” officials stated.

It is noted that the U.S. initiative to supply weapons to the Ukrainian armed forces at the expense of European countries may also include the dispatch of radar systems, electronic warfare systems, drones, and artillery.
