Rainfall Will Resume: Possible Wind Intensification and Hail

Rain and thunderstorms are expected in certain regions of the Republic of Armenia on July 25 and July 28-29, in the afternoon, and during the night of July 26. Hail is also possible. On July 27, dry weather is anticipated. This information is provided by the Hydro-meteorological and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.

During thunderstorms, wind intensification is expected at speeds of 17-20 m/s. From July 25 to 29, in the evening hours, wind intensification is anticipated in Armavir, as well as in the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn, at speeds of 15-18 m/s. The air temperature is not expected to change significantly.

In Yerevan, brief rain and thunderstorms may occur in the evening hours of July 25, as well as during the night of July 26 in various parts of the city. Wind intensification is expected during thunderstorms and in the evenings at speeds of 16-19 m/s. From July 27 to 29, dry weather is expected.

The temperature in the capital on the afternoon of July 25 is expected to be between 35-37 degrees Celsius, and during the evening, it is forecasted to drop to +28...+30 degrees.
