Russia and Ukraine Reach Agreement: The Third Round of Talks Concluded

The third round of talks held in Istanbul resulted in an agreement between Russia and Ukraine regarding the exchange of prisoners of war as well as civilians. This was reported by TASS.

“The main outcome is that the exchange of not only prisoners of war but also civilians is planned,” the source stated.

It is noteworthy that the meeting between the delegations from Moscow and Kyiv lasted approximately 40 minutes.

Previously, it was reported that the third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine had begun in Istanbul.
