New Lawsuits to be Filed Soon: Lawyer

Lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan has made a statement:  “As we announced, parallel to the illegal arrests of Bagrat the Bishop and other participants in the Holy Struggle, an information campaign was initiated by law enforcement agencies, the ruling political majority, and various propagandists, violating the presumption of innocence, with insults and defamatory statements. This campaign was aimed at covering up the illegalities of political persecution and, even more so, preparing for further illegal actions, such as an attack on the Mother See.”

Khudoyan continued his statement:  “We also promised not to leave this illegal behavior unanswered. A few days ago, lawsuits were filed against Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan, MP Aleksanyan, Aram Sargsyan and his associates Ani Khachatryan and Hayk Sahakyan, acting propagandist-expert Harutyun Mkrtchyan, and the ‘defamatory smear’ Styopa Safaryan: Over a hundred potential defendants were randomly selected from the mentioned individuals. New lawsuits will be filed soon. The court will be on trial.”
