Driver in Victory Community Drives Erratically, Creating Hazardous Situation

Recently, a video circulated on the internet showing a driver in a "Nissan" vehicle operating erratically in the Victory community of Tavush Province, creating a hazardous situation. This was reported by the National Police.

The patrol officers of Tavush Province identified the driver. On July 20, a 20-year-old resident of Bagratashen was arrested along with the vehicle and taken to the Community Police Department of Noyemberyan.

He and the documents prepared regarding the incident have been submitted to the territorial investigative department, where a criminal case has been initiated on charges of hooliganism. The circumstances are being clarified.
