Vahagn Khachaturyan Signs Several Laws

The President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, signed several laws on July 18.

In particular, the president signed a package of laws amending the Law on the State Population Register, amendments to the Law on Registration of Civil Status Acts, and additions to the Law on Defense. Additionally, he signed amendments to the Law on National Security Bodies, changes to the Law on the Protection and Use of Immovable Monuments of History and Culture and Historical Environments, modifications to the Law on Urban Development, and a package of laws on amendments to the Law on Local Self-Governance.

Further, changes and additions to the Law on Service in the Police, amendments to the Law on Emergency Services, changes to the Law on Public Procurement, additions to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, and modifications to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, as well as amendments to the Law on Transport, were also signed.
