Tashir Foundation Sues Yerevan City Hall

The Tashir Foundation has filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan City Hall. Media reports have confirmed this. The foundation demands that the court recognize as unlawful the removal of posters featuring Samvel Karapetyan at the Dalma Garden Mall.

The court received the case yesterday, July 17. On the same day, it was assigned to Judge Rouzanna Azroyan. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, while speaking with reporters about the removal of posters featuring Samvel Karapetyan, noted that this is primarily a matter of maintaining legality. However, he also pointed out that understanding the family's situation, there are certain areas that have not been approached at all.
