HEC Sues Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure

The "Armenian Electric Networks" company has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

HEC demands that the court obligate the Ministry to refrain from submitting a report to the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).

It is noteworthy that the Ministry has submitted a report regarding the initiation of administrative proceedings against HEC and the appointment of a new administrator.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure has reported HEC's violations to the PSRC. This right was granted to the Ministry following recent legislative changes after Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the intention to nationalize HEC.
