Araghchin Outlines Conditions for Resuming Talks with the U.S.
Negotiations with the United States can only be resumed if Washington is willing to engage in a mutually beneficial and balanced nuclear deal, stated Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchin.
"A new phase of negotiations is possible only if the other side is ready for a fair, balanced, and mutually beneficial nuclear agreement," he wrote on his official page on the X social network.
Araghchin further added that the “E3” (the UK, Germany, and France) must abandon the idea of reinstating international sanctions and begin acting responsibly if they wish to play a role in the nuclear program negotiations.
Recall that on June 13, Israel launched a large-scale operation against Iran, accusing Tehran of executing a clandestine military nuclear program.
Iran, which denies any military component to its nuclear program, has responded with missile barrages and drone strikes.
