Medvedev Claims Certain Western Countries Were Servants or Disposable Materials
After the defeat of Nazi Germany, Western countries made significant efforts to preserve the ideology of Nazism, and the consequences of their policies are still being addressed. This was stated by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, as reported by TASS.
“Initially, pre-war Western countries nourished and supported Hitler’s Nazi regime, and after the defeat of the fascists in World War II, they made maximum efforts to sustain that ideology. The astonishing tolerance towards Nazi criminals, coupled with crude and fierce Russophobia, is what we are reaping now. Especially in the countries that were servants or disposable materials for Hitler—such as the Baltic States, Poland, and Bandera-turned Ukraine,” Medvedev stated.
Medvedev pointed out that instead of real denazification in their areas of responsibility, Western “allies” limited themselves to merely formal and superficial measures. “Most of the Nazi criminals whose cases have been examined with the participation of Western judicial bodies have been released with minimal fear, received excessively lenient punishments, or were pardoned several years after the war. Their descendants and supporters have not been deprived of power,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.
