Kyiv Prepares Provocation: Accusations Against Russia to Follow
Kyiv is preparing a provocation at the Novotroitskoye factory with ammonia emissions to accuse Russia of a deliberate man-made disaster, stated the head of the Russian Armed Forces' Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops, Rtyshchev, as reported by "RIA Novosti."
The Ukrainian armed forces have installed antenna equipment at a major ammonia distribution point in the Novotroitskoye region, which, if damaged, could lead to the release of over 550 tons of liquid ammonia. It is anticipated that Russia will later be accused of intentionally striking the facility.
Rtyshchev added that during the special operation, over 500 instances of chemical substances, including toxic materials, being used by Kyiv have been recorded.
