Wooden Structural Elements of Roof Burnt in Mrgashen Village

On July 15, at 19:02, a call was received at the Crisis Management Center of the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department regarding a fire that broke out in the roof of one of the houses on 3rd Street in Mrgashen village.

Two firefighting units from the Emergency Situations Ministry of Armenia in Yerevan were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the fire had originated in the roof of a barn located on 1st Street.

The fire was contained by 21:49 and extinguished by 23:15. The wooden structural elements of the barn's roof (approximately 30 square meters) and stored animal feed (around 400 units) were burned.
