The Vice President of Turkey has called for the adoption of a new constitution. He noted that Turkey must abandon the constitutions drafted under the influence of foreign circles after coups.

'Turkey needs a new constitution. This cannot be achieved just by the efforts of one or a few political parties; we need to create a new constitution. This will make Turkey more democratic. The country's authorities and the opposition must do everything for this,' said Turkish Vice President Jevdet Yılmaz.
