If Iran Really Wants to Negotiate, We Are Here, Now Is the Time - Trump
U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Iran has expressed a desire to begin negotiations, but Tehran should have initiated such efforts earlier.
"I have received messages from intermediaries that Iran wants to negotiate and reduce tensions. But they should have done it before the 60 days expired. They had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement. They want an agreement, and it is painful for both sides. But I would say that Iran is not winning this war, and they need to start negotiations now, while it is not too late. If Iran really wants to negotiate, we are here, now is the time. We support Israel, and they are doing a good job right now," he said.
