Ryuten Made Such a Statement Due to His Own 'Unrealized Potential': Zakharova

The NATO Secretary General Mark Ryuten has allowed himself to insult the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Medinsky, due to his own 'unrealized potential'. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, as reported by TASS.

“Everything is very clear. When Ryuten made such a ‘derogatory’ statement about the profession of a historian, everyone was surprised why he allowed himself to make such statements, even though he once dreamed of becoming a pianist but ended up receiving a Master’s degree in history. It is no coincidence that Ryuten has drawn the attention of diplomats to the events of the mid-13th century, as the ‘phantom pains’ of ‘knightly dogs’ that missed opportunities will never pass. Simply put, the Russian troops halted the Swedes’ advance towards Ladoga and Novgorod, defeating them and liberating the north-west of Russia,” said the diplomat.

In this regard, Zakharova advised the NATO Secretary General to study this topic through Medinsky’s lecture, calling it wonderful.
