Driver Ties Dog to Car and Drags It

A video circulating on the internet shows a driver tying a dog to their car and dragging it along. The incident took place in the town of Byureghavan in the Kotayk Province.
Auroranews contacted the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The ministry reported that the driver has been identified and that police officers will soon apprehend him.
