There Has Been No Agreement with the Government, Says Artsakh Ombudsman

Representatives of the people of Artsakh have exited the government building. "There has been no agreement whatsoever on the possibility of continuing the housing rent program. They have mentioned that they are constructive regarding improvements in the programs, but from my experience, I can say that it is pointless," said Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan.

The meeting lasted longer than planned. It is worth noting that just hours earlier, the representatives from Artsakh had entered the government building for discussions in the Deputy Prime Minister's office.
