Avinyan Discusses New Conditions for Transportation Users

In the Nor Nork administrative district, a competition has taken place for the design of the reconstruction works for a 2.4 km road connecting Gurjyan Street to Mashtots Avenue. This was reported during a working meeting of the Yerevan City Hall.

“I want us all to recognize the importance of constructing this road because later, the construction of the overpass will allow us to have bus routes on Mashtots. In fact, this road is expected to absorb a significant portion of the traffic load on Mashtots Avenue,” said Mayor Tigran Avinyan in his remarks.

“The main goal is to create more favorable conditions for transportation users while also providing certain alternatives. This alternative road will be one of the important points in that direction,” Avinyan added.
