Searches Conducted in Cells of Those Arrested in the Holy Struggle Case, Says Lawyer

“Following the transfer of individuals to penitentiary facilities, very strict searches are regularly conducted in the cells of those arrested in the 'Holy Struggle' case. At first glance, it may seem that the penitentiary service is merely fulfilling its duties, but that is only at first glance,” wrote lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page.

It is noteworthy that earlier, Bishop Bagrat, a member of the 'Holy Struggle' movement, was arrested in two parts. Several participants of the 'Holy Struggle', as well as political figures and clergymen, have also been detained.
