Lavrov Delivers Letter to Rubio with Zelensky Quotes

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has delivered a selection of quotes from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his colleagues to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, concerning the necessity of eliminating Russians. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“Yesterday, I provided Marco Rubio with a small excerpt from quotes by Zelensky, Shmyhal, Yermak, and Podolyak, where the necessity of ‘eliminating the Russians’ is explicitly mentioned,” Lavrov said at a press conference.

The diplomat noted that Kyiv requires ‘territorial integrity’ to suppress the rights of all Russian and Russian-speaking residents and physically eliminate dissenters.

On July 10, Lavrov and Rubio held talks during the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) events in Kuala Lumpur. The meeting lasted about 50 minutes.
