Armenian Foreign Ministry on Negotiations Between Pashinyan and Aliyev
On July 10, 2025, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan met in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) to discuss various aspects of the agenda for the normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan inter-state relations. This was reported by the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
“The parties confirmed that bilateral negotiations are the most effective format for addressing all issues related to the normalization process, and based on this, an agreement was reached to continue such result-oriented dialogue. The leaders of the countries, noting the progress recorded in the delimitation process, tasked the respective state commissions to continue practical work in this direction. The parties also agreed to continue bilateral negotiations between the two countries and measures to strengthen trust.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan expressed gratitude to the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for the warm hospitality and for organizing the bilateral meeting,” the statement said.
