Russia and Azerbaijan Break Economic Ties

“Rosselkhoznadzor” has banned the import of all dairy products from Azerbaijani companies ALLBUY and MILK PRODUCTS into Russia. This information was reported on the official website of the Russian authority.

“The decision was made by the Russian service based on the refusal of the Azerbaijani side to conduct inspections on the specified producers of dairy products and their lack of interest in future supplies of their products,” the statement said.

It was noted that the Russian authority has communicated with the relevant Azerbaijani agency about its willingness to conduct inspections of 5 dairy production enterprises that continue to supply their products to Russia.

The Azerbaijani Food Safety Agency has reported that ALLBUY LLC, engaged in the production of dairy products (butter and cheese), and MILK PRODUCTS LLC, involved in the production and processing of dairy products, are not interested in further supplying their goods to Russia.
