Charges Filed Against Arzvik Minasian
Charges have been filed against Arzvik Minasian, a member of the "Hayastan" faction.
"This is a classic example of political persecution, and we are going to international courts," Minasian stated during a conversation with reporters.
The MP denies the charges and has refused to provide testimony. A measure of restraint has been imposed on him, prohibiting him from leaving the country.
