Roads in Armenia Generally Passable

Roads in Armenia are generally passable, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The section of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi road between kilometers 41 and 42 is closed for trucks, while passenger vehicles can travel in one direction.

According to the Road Department, due to road construction works, starting from July 4, traffic will be diverted to the new North-South road from the M-1 interstate road (Yerevan-Gyumri) at kilometer 38+030 (near Ujan).
