You Can’t Manage Armenia’s Territory, Yet You Say You’ll Manage HETA: Minasian

During today’s National Assembly session, Artsvik Minasian, a member of the "Armenia" alliance, commented on the stateization project of the Electric Networks of Armenia (HETA), stating:

“The state’s role is not to return HETA; you are not the state, Armenia is not you, nor are we. Armenia is the subject, the entity that is an international subject. Are you, as a government, an international law subject? When you appoint a manager who will change the entire system from top to bottom and appoint your chosen people to positions, is that considered the Republic of Armenia? What connection do you have with Armenia? We observe the management of all the properties that fall under your jurisdiction. You cannot manage the territory of Armenia, yet you say you’ll take HETA to manage it.”
