It Will Forever Remain in the History of Armenia: Vahagn Aleksanyan

“The support of three former presidents for this process will soon be formalized through a vote in the National Assembly. The National Assembly will issue a similar statement, and it will forever remain in the history of Armenia,” said Vahagn Aleksanyan, an MP from the ruling Civil Contract party, during the discussion of a draft statement initiated by the party regarding the ‘Unacceptability of Seizing State Power through Violence and the Protection of Democracy’ in the National Assembly.

“The teams of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharian, and Serzh Sargsyan have simultaneously called for defense, categorizing those involved in planning terrorist acts in various ways, often referring to them as political prisoners. Since the start of this sacrilegious activity, they have supported and even participated in it,” he added.

It is worth noting that the National Assembly has adopted a statement on the unacceptability of seizing power through violence.
