National Assembly Fully Approves Draft Law on Nationalization of HETA

The National Assembly has approved in the second reading a package of legislative drafts aimed at amending the Law on Public Services Regulation and the Law on Energy, initiated by the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly.

This concerns the draft law on the nationalization of HETA (Armenian Electric Networks). It should be noted that earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the need to consider the nationalization of HETA and issued instructions to the relevant authorities regarding this matter.
